T10 Torx screwdriver
New ILVE-compatible thermostat

Step-by-Step Replacement Process

Remove the grates and burners.
Lift off the cooktop grates and burner caps to access the surface.
Unscrew the drip tray.
Using a Phillips and T10 Torx screwdriver, remove the screws securing the drip tray.
Remove the thermostat knob.
Gently pull the knob off the thermostat shaft.
Unscrew the thermostat from the control panel.
Remove the mounting screws holding the thermostat in place.
Disconnect the wires.
Carefully disconnect the two wires from the back of the thermostat.
Unhook the thermostat bulb from inside the oven.
Open the oven door and detach the sensor bulb from its clips.
Slide out the thermostat.
