Orders Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed. Lead time for non-stock units is 90 days.

Shipping Types
Our products are delivered in the following ways:
- Curbside Delivery: The unit is delivered to the curbside of the delivery address. The customer is responsible for bringing the unit inside.
- Threshold Delivery: The unit is delivered through the first dry entrance of the delivery address.
- White Glove Delivery: The unit is delivered to the room of choice within the delivery address, unpacked, and packaging materials are removed.
FOR PARTS
- Front Door Parcel Delivery: Items shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS.
- Standard Shipping: Items arrive within 4-10 business days.
- Shipping Fee based on the weight of parcel, free for $1500 orders and above.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your order and the destination location. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping to International Destinations
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please check back for updates as we continually work to expand our services.
Special Cases: Shipping Questions & Answers
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO):
- Additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories – specify with the sales specialist.
- Standard shipping charge applies to APO/FPO addresses; delivery within 4 to 6 weeks.
Custom-Made Orders:
- All custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- Shipping estimated times of arrival (ETAs) may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver your custom order with the highest quality and care.
Sales Tax:
- Sales tax is charged based on the delivery destination. States collecting taxes on shipping include AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY, and Puerto Rico.

Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the items securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
