Step-by-Step Replacement Process
Semi Rapid and Rapid Burners

Remove the grates.
Lift off the grates that cover the burner area. -
Take out the old burner.
Gently lift the burner head straight up and out of its seated position. -
Position the new burner.
Install the new dual burner in place of the old one. -
Align and seat the burner.
Make sure the burner is properly aligned and fully seated for safe operation. -
Reinstall the grates.
Return the grates to their original position.
