How to Unbox & Install Your ILVE Professional Plus II Range
To help you get started the right way, this step-by-step installation guide walks you through unboxing and setting up your Professional Plus II range safely and correctly.
Notice: Do not open the box or attempt to install your ILVE Professional Plus II until you’ve watched this video and read these instructions.
Tools Required
- Crowbar
- Screwdriver
- Pliers
- Two-person lift
- Protective gloves or cardboard padding

Step-by-Step Installation Process
- Loosen crate using crowbar.
- Remove top, sides, and all packaging.
- Take off grates and burners.
- Remove bottom drawer.
- Use screwdriver to remove oven doors.
- Remove all oven accessories.
- Place cardboard to protect floors.
- Rotate carefully with two people.

Attach and tighten adjustable feet.
Please note: 30" Ranges do not have feet. - Lift range slightly and slide out pallet.
- Move into place gently.
- Reattach doors, grates, and drawers.
Final Steps
- Level and secure the range.
- Review ILVE manual to confirm proper clearances.
- Hire a licensed pro for gas/electric hookup.
- Register your ILVE range.
