The cooktops offer a wide range of setups, making it possible to choose the ideal solution for every need and desire, with professional quality technologies: diversified gas burners with power from 900 to 25000 btu/h, gas Fry Top with thick stainless steel plate, Coupe de Feu cast iron plate with rings, and ceramic glass electric plate.

Professional knobs: visibly functional.

Created exclusively for Professional Plus range cookers, Milano knobs are made entirely of aluminium with an oversized diameter. Stemming from the experience in professional kitchens, they can be easily used even with gloves and have particularly clear and legible graphics.

Professional Plus

The Professional Plus range cookers are inspired by the kitchens of the best restaurants, bringing robustness, ergonomics and operability to the domestic space. With options like double ovens and gas or induction hobs, they cater to various needs. Gas hob sizes range from 30 to 60 inches with up to 8 burners, and can include coup de feu and griddle. Induction hobs, available in sizes from 36 to 48 inches, feature up to 6 cooking zones and a bridge function. Customization options include different sizes, standard or RAL colors, and metallic finishes to seamlessly fit any decor.

The quick oven preheating function allows it to reach the desired temperature in a short time and you can then choose the best suited cooking mode for the dish. It also works as quick defrosting when a low temperature is set (30°C – 40°C).
