At ILVE USA, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return policy provides guidelines for returns and exchanges.
General Return Policy
- Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the items securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if any items are damaged or defective.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund for items confirmed to be damaged or defective at no additional cost to you.
