- Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Policy: Our Return Policy is detailed on our Site. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Detailed eligibility criteria are listed on the Return Policy page.
8.2 Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email of either the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
8.3 Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at orders@us.ilve.com with details of the issue.
- Warranty
9.1 Limited Warranty: ILVE USA LLC provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of our products. This warranty, valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase, covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This includes all parts and labor necessary to repair or replace the defective parts. For full warranty terms, please refer to our 2-Year Warranty Policy available on our Site.
9.2 Claim Process: Warranty claims must be made within thirty (30) days of defect discovery. The claim must include written notification of the defect and a copy of the original purchase receipt. ILVE USA reserves the right to inspect the product and its installation. Access to the premises where the product is installed may be required for claim processing.
- Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: ILVE USA LLC disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 Exclusion of Damages: ILVE USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising from your access to or use of our Site or products, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
10.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or products, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products concerned.

Arbitration will take place in New York City, New York. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class actions. All disputes shall be resolved individually through arbitration and shall not be consolidated with any other proceedings.
