Handcrafted in Campodarsego, Italy, the Majestic II is equal parts culinary powerhouse and sculptural masterpiece. With nine professional-grade burners, a built-in griddle, and triple-glass oven doors, it blends precision and poises in perfect balance, transforming everyday cooking into a true design experience.
A Kitchen That Inspires Awe
Designed by Urbanology Design, this open-concept kitchen reimagines light, space, and material in a way that feels both timeless and transcendent. By removing the main wall, the design team introduced a dramatic wall of windows that floods the kitchen with natural light. Floating just inches from the glass, a steel-framed marble vent hood showcases a stunning Lilac Marble: the same stone used for the countertops, backsplash, and statement island.
The island, clad in reeded, honed Lilac Marble, is the kitchen’s undeniable centerpiece. Every fluted panel was meticulously hand-cut and shaped to achieve perfect curvature and veining alignment, a process that took months to execute and exemplify true artisan dedication. The result is an island that’s tactile, dimensional, and utterly unforgettable.
Beyond the Kitchen: A Living Space Transformed
The remodel extends into an inviting great room that balances a bold personality with livable comfort. Textural layers meet sculptural forms: a coffered accent wall, cayenne velvet curtains, and expressive artwork by Kyle Steed and Haylee Yale set a tone of creativity and emotion. A custom 22’ x 15’ rug softens the room, while a hidden coat closet built seamlessly into the wall design showcases the studio’s attention to architectural detail and discretion.
Together, these elements narrate a story of transformation. A once ordinary space reimagined into a gallery of light, art, and craftsmanship.
Design That Lives and Breathes
For homeowners seeking both performance and personality, this project is a testament to what’s possible when form meets function with fearless intent. The ILVE Majestic II range not only anchors the kitchen but embodies its ethos: expressive, artful, and made to be lived in.
Rooted in authenticity and grounded in luxury, this University Park home captures what Urbanology Design calls “a beautiful departure from the ordinary.”
