T10 Torx screwdriver
New tangential fan motor

Step-by-Step Replacement Process

Remove the grates and burners.
Begin by lifting off the cooktop grates and removing the burner caps.
Unscrew the drip tray.
Use a Phillips and T10 Torx screwdriver to remove the screws holding the drip tray in place.
Unscrew the tangential fan motor screws.
Locate and unscrew the mounting screws that secure the old fan motor.
Disconnect the cables.
Carefully unplug all wiring connected to the old motor.
Remove the old motor.
Gently slide or lift out the old tangential fan motor.
Install the new motor.
Position the new motor exactly where the old one was mounted.
Secure the motor with screws.
