Step-by-Step Replacement Process
Lighting a Standard Burner
- Press in the knob while turning it counterclockwise to the ignition position.
- Keep the knob pressed in for approximately 5 seconds until the burner ignites.
Lighting the Dual-Ring Burner
- Press in the knob and turn it to the first position. Hold it there for 5 seconds to light both the internal and external rings.
- To use only the internal ring, move the knob to the second position. You can switch freely between full burner and inner ring only.
Safety Feature: Thermocouple-Controlled Valve
Your burners are equipped with a thermocouple-controlled safety valve that automatically shuts off the gas if the flame is extinguished due to blowout or liquid overflow.
PLEASE NOTE:
To successfully light the burner and bypass the safety valve, keep the knob pressed in for about 5 seconds. This allows the thermocouple to warm up and activate the gas flow.
