The Nostalgie collection by Ilve is perhaps one of the most iconic thanks to its bold and distinctive aesthetics, played out in the details, finishes, silhouettes and colour palette: there is a clear contrast between the industrial chic style of the fridge, oven, hood and range cooker and a deliberately bare and rugged room, with workshop furnishings such as the wooden table and materials such as stone and brick. A choice that makes this everyday space even more authentic, striking a new balance between a traditional country kitchen and an original, refined design.
The configuration chosen for the 150 cm range cooker, an irreplaceable piece of equipment for catering for all the farmhouse guests, includes a hob with 7 cooking zones, fry top and coup de feu griddle: a decidedly professional version with accessories designed for high level cuisine. The matching hood with optional Noblesse profiles highlights the retro flavour of this place devoted to relaxing and sharing meals. The colour of the side-by-side refrigerator, at once imposing and essential, matches the range and hood.
